We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• In the original packaging

Return requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, excluding the original shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused if the item:

• Has been used

• Is damaged due to customer handling

• Is returned without original packaging

• The reason for the return
